Secure Online Client Portal

MyCase – MyCase allows Puryear Law P.C. clients to securely view their legal documents, communicate with the Puryear Law P.C. attorneys and paralegals, view and pay invoices, and much more. MyCase uses encryption, secure data centers, and other rigorously tested systems to ensure that client data is kept confidential and safe.

Puryear Law P.C. Client Forms

Client Information Form – This is the form that all Puryear Law P.C. clients complete during their free consultation. The Client Information Sheet helps me gather some of the basic information that I will need to properly represent each client. You can print this form, complete it at home, and bring it with you during your free consultation. If your address, phone number, or other information changes, please use this form to keep me updated.
Client Information Release Authorization – Puryear Law P.C. clients who wish to have me discuss their case with a 3rd party, such as a family member, friend, doctor, employer, etc. can complete this form.

Client Payment Form – This form is used by Puryear Law P.C. clients who are making payments by fax, mail, credit card, debit card, or who are dropping off a payment after hours. Note: Please do not mail cash.
