Cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin and Litecoin, are accepted by Puryear Law for payment of amounts due to Puryear Law. (Cryptocurrency can be acquired through purchase or mining). The current Coinbase exchange rate between the cryptocurrency and US dollars is used to compute the amount due in the cryptocurrency. Due to attorney trust account rules and regulations, payment in cryptocurrency is only accepted for amounts that are due to Puryear Law and earned at the time of receipt, and not for client-owned funds that would be held in trust.

Potential clients who wish to purchase a phone consultation can do so using a variety of cryptocurrencies on our Consultation page.

Our Iowa/Illinois Self Defense and the Law firearms consultations can also be purchased using cryptocurrencies on our Firearms Consultation page.

Existing clients who wish to pay an invoice using cryptocurrency can do so by emailing contact+crypto@puryearlaw.com with their existing invoice number, and we will reply with a cryptocurrency payment page that can be used to make payment in a variety of cryptocurrencies.
