At Puryear Law, we offer one free telephone consultation scheduling to potential clients. Since each consultation scheduling involves setting aside valuable attorney time, we are unable to offer free repeat consultation scheduling for the same potential client, or the same potential client’s friends/relatives. This is true even if new events have transpired since the first consultation. It is also true if you miss the first consultation that you schedule.
After consulting once, you are welcome to pay the retainer deposit to begin representation. We can then discuss your case in more detail if you have further questions or wish to discuss whatever new events have transpired since we first consulted.
For those who really do wish to have a second consultation – such as where a potential client wishes to consult again about the same case, or wishes to have a friend/relative talk to us about the same case on their behalf, or who missed their first consultation – there is a $50 non-refundable fee that must be paid upfront to schedule such a repeat consultation. That $50 fee is nonrefundable even if you later decide to cancel the consultation. Similarly, if you purchase another consultation and then wish to reschedule, you will need to pay yet another consultation fee, and will not receive a refund for your first purchase.
